Official contact method: Email – Noscoord@gmail.com for private matters, noscoords@googlegroups.com for all other matters. – Do not send questions via chat, discord, FB, etc. Do not post LARP things to my FB wall.
Office hours can be suspended at any time due to “LIFE” which includes family obligations, vacation, illness, Jury Duty, etc. If I am “seen” answering messages outside of my office hours, please do not presume I am available to chat or that I am going to continue to answer emails. I am just working through my caseload. Thank you.
Requests will be processed in the order received. R&U requests and ongoing scenes will receive priority. I may give Subcoords the reigns for various player-requested scenes, and/or decline contact ICly for NPCs depending on various circumstances.
“Bumping emails” – Do not do this if it has been less than 48 hours. LARP is not life, it is not an emergency.
Fellow Vollunteers may contact me via chat methods during office hours.
Please CC your ST staff when communiating with my office regarding your PC. R&U Requests MUST BE INITIATED BY YOUR ST STAFF and be already approved by your ST staff in order to be accepted. Please have your STs submit the request via the R&U Request system for appropriate tracking purposes.
In order to apply to lists, please read the directions linked under List information. Replies will be answered as time permits, there will be delays getting your PC onto a list if your ST staff does not verify PC information.

When enterings scenes with the Nosferatu Coordinator, all scenes are considered Hard Proxy, and sheets must be sent to noscoord@gmail.com. Shadows Crossing does not currently require sheets to be sent to them directly unless PCs are physically within the domain, as opposed to the Nosferatu Coordinator’s IC territory.

CURRENT FOCUS:
The Coodinator’s office is of course, affected quite a bit by the current state of the world. We are living in unusual and trying times, and vollunteers do not have as much time/spoons to run scenes for individual players. We are working on resolving a few plots, and then will be focused on finalizing the Nosferatu Packet as well as addressing genre concerns for the Clan. I will be answering all R&U Requests promptly, and I am happy to answer genre questions and assist ST Boards in telling their stories, however individual scenes with NPCs will likely be short or run via your ST staff on a case by case level.
